Our Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — The Clarity Report ($97), The X-Ray System ($147), and The Practitioner Pack ($397).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at beautomaticai@beautyque.nyc within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email beautomaticai@beautyque.nyc with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include the email address used at purchase
  • We will process your refund within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe

Refund Eligibility by Tier

Tier 1 — The Clarity Report ($97): Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, even after the report has been delivered. If the report has already been delivered and you request a refund, we ask only that you delete the report from your files.

Tier 2 — The X-Ray System ($147): Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. As this is a digital download, we ask that you delete all downloaded files upon refund.

Tier 3 — The Practitioner Pack ($397): Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the commercial license has not been used to deliver paid services to clients. Please delete all downloaded files upon refund.
