1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Beautomatic (beautomatic.ai) and all products sold through this platform, operated by Beautyque NYC Inc. By purchasing or using any product, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Licenses

Beautomatic sells digital products. Each product carries a specific license. The license determines what you can and cannot do with the product.

3. Intellectual Property

All products, prompts, templates, and methodologies sold through Beautomatic are the intellectual property of Beautyque NYC Inc. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it as described above — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

The Practitioner Pack (Tier 3) grants a commercial license to use the methodology with clients. It does not grant the right to resell or redistribute the prompt library itself as a standalone product to third parties.

4. Delivery

Tier 1 (The Clarity Report) is delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Tiers 2 and 3 are delivered immediately via download link sent to your purchase email.

6. Disclaimer

Beautomatic products are tools and systems to assist in digital presence analysis and improvement. We do not guarantee specific results in traffic, revenue, or search ranking. Results depend on implementation and factors outside our control.

The Digital X-Ray audit is based on publicly available information from your digital presence. We do not access private accounts, analytics dashboards, or backend systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beautyque NYC Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Beautomatic products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
